The 61.4" tall tripod features a unique carbon fiber weave that maximizes the strength-to-weight ratio and has a load capacity of 35.3 lb, while keeping the weight down to 3.6 lb. The magnesium spider features V-pattern cross-braces for extra rigidity and the sturdiness needed for long-lens photography.

The ergonomic, rubber-covered twist-lock joints are dust-resistant and oversized, so they easily fit the hand, even while wearing gloves when the cold weather hits. Engineered for stability at any angle, the three-stop adjustable leg locks and independent leg spread provide lower angles and maximum stability. The adjustable legs and bubble level allow easy and accurate leveling on uneven terrain. The oversized center column lock makes it easy to secure the short, grooved column in any vertical position and even allows the camera to be positioned as close to the ground as possible. Additionally, this 2-Series leg set folds down to an impressively compact 21.3" for easy transport and storage.
